A celebration of underrepresented culture wrapped in a psychological horror. This film uses surreal VFX and rich color palettes to visualize the scars of the past and the mythological Adze. It pushes the boundaries of genre filmmaking to give West African folklore a worthy place on the silver screen, resulting in an award-winning narrative that is both magical and terrifying.
